For a success of a SEO Project, a business has to commit the necessary intellect, time, and resources at least for 12 months. If you do, your SEO project will stand to gain immensely for driving organic traffic from search engines. It will add to manifest your customer acquisition objectives. However, many businesses either don't commit these necessary intellect, time, and resources or have a very short term perspective to the entire SEO effort. These are the most observed reasons for failure of an SEO project.

That is a promise that you should take advantage of your SEO efforts.
Let's grow that OAK tree together, shall we?
As the adage goes, the best time to plant an oak tree is 20 years ago. The second best time is today. The same is the case with your Website SEO. (This is the analogy for mentioning the OAK tree before.)
The best time to start your SEO project on you website is when you started conceptualizing and building the website. The second best time is TODAY. Are you ready and willing to get started? Do you have it in you to take advantage of our SEO effort?
While we have clearly stated the promises that we can deliver on your SEO TIST, those promises will be a done deal in 12 months, if your business website meets the following criteria:
* The last criteria is desirable. We wish you have such a website.

A heads up: You will need to bear with the SEO jargon as our SEO services are explained. Since you are serious about SEO for your website, encounter this jargon and get to understand them. It is our experience that by understanding the SEO jargon, you are getting ready and willing to take advantage of SEO for your business. Be at it!
Now that you decided to go through the SEO jargon, here we go.
Let’s face it. The foundation of anything (house, structure, or marketing campaign) is the single most important piece of the overall plan. Build on a weak foundation, and you can expect a collapse.
The same goes for SEO. Remember, we are growing an OAK tree.
Even the best off-page strategy won’t do much if the foundational on-page strategy is not properly in place. Every internet marketer knows and understands this, but I constantly see shoddy on-page optimization when reviewing websites.
In search engine optimization, on-page optimization refers to factors that have an effect on your Web site or Web page listing in natural search results. These factors are controlled by you or by coding on your page. Examples of on-page optimization include actual HTML code, meta tags, keyword placement, and keyword density.
We have listed some of the important SEO On-Page factors below with their definition and some indicative actions that we will take for that SEO factor.
TITLE TAG: The title element of a web page is meant to be an accurate and concise description of a page's content. Title tags are often used on search engine results pages to display preview snippets for a given page.
Our Actions: We will revisit and redo the Title Tags of all the relevant pages and make them more SEO friendly. Also, we shall keep Google Suggest in mind while optimizing.
Meta descriptions are HTML attributes that provide concise explanations of the contents of web pages. Meta descriptions are used on search engine result pages (SERPs) to display preview snippets for a given page.
Our Actions: We will revisit and redo the Description Tags of all the relevant pages and make them more SEO friendly as well as User friendly. We will also highlight your USPs in the Meta Description Tags.
Alt Tag: An alt tag is a text alternative for an image or object on your page. The alt tag will be read by screen readers and other site readers as an alternative to the image itself. Alt tags are used to describe the images on your website.
Our Actions: We will revisit and redo the image Alt Tags of all the appropriate pages and make them more SEO friendly.
Heading Tags: In HTML, coding the header tags from h1 to h6 form a hierarchy. This means that if you skip any of the tag numbers (i.e. jump from 1 to 3) the heading structure will be broken, and this is not ideal for on-page SEO.
Our Actions: We will revisit and inform you as to where and how we need the H1 tags to be implemented. This input has to be incorporated by your content generation team and comply as suggested.
Home Page Content: A company’s homepage is the most important page not only for a user but also for Google. Hence, we need to ensure that we have UNIQUE & STATIC content on our homepage.
Action Point: We will provide guidelines on how to write content for the homepage. The same guidelines can be used to audit content on every page that is important for SEO efforts.
Inner Page Content: The content of a page is what makes it worthy of a search result position. It is what the user came to see and is thus extremely important to the search engines. As such, it is important to create good content.
Action Point: We will guide you on how the content should be and where it should be placed for optimum placements in the search engines.
By now you should get a drift on our SEO on-page optimization efforts.
The other SEO on-page factors that we will have a hawk-eye on and work on listed below:
Search engines have been trying for decades to find a way to return the best results to the searcher. To do that, they take into account the on-site SEO factors (described above), some other quality factors, and off-page SEO.
Off-page SEO gives them a very good indication of how the World (other websites and users) perceive the particular website. A useful web site is more likely to have references (links) from other websites; it is more likely to have mentioned on social media (Facebook likes, tweets, Pins, +1’s, etc.) and it is more likely to be bookmarked and shared among communities of like-minded users.
In search engine optimization, off-page optimization refers to factors that have an effect on your Web site or Web page listing in natural search results. These factors are off-site in that they are not controlled by you or the coding on your page. Examples of off-page optimization include things such as link popularity and page rank.
We’ve listed the Off-Page SEO tactics that we will work on as part of our SEO services.
Sitemap submission: The Sitemaps protocol allows a webmaster to inform search engines about URLs on a website that are available for crawling.
Action Point: Best advised to ensure that it has links to every page of the website. If your website is big, then it is best advised to create an XML SITEMAP.
LINK DETOX (DISAVOW BACKLINKS): There is a good chance that you have unnatural links pointing to your site. These can hurt you in the eyes of Google's Penguin algorithm or a manual unnatural links penalty.
Action Point: We will prepare a list of our website links. We will then filter the irrelevant links along with those whose DA (Domain Authority) is below 25.
Social Bookmarking: Social bookmarking is a way for people to store, organize, search, and manage “bookmarks” of web pages.
Action Point: We will research and prepare a list of various popular social bookmarking sites and create bookmarks for our website. Up to 30 social bookmarking submissions will be carried out monthly.
Directory Submission: Directory submission is the process of listing your site to various directories or databases under the correct category or subcategory.
Action Point: We do realize Directories are facing a lot of flak from the webmaster. But, links from the right directories can still do wonders for your site. By placing a domain authority filter of 25, we ensure that the quality of the submissions is maintained.
The other SEO off-page factors that we will have a hawk-eye on and work on listed below:
There are various reports shared to keep every stake holder of the SEO Contract on the progress. Those reports are:
